Yuwono who arrived at the office at around 10.00 a.m. on Monday was questioned for eight hours starting at 11.45 a.m., an Antara journalist observed.
The alleged graft case centers on the use of the university's public service board (BLU) funds.
Yuwono who left the office's interrogation room at 08.20 p.m. refused to comment when asked about his questioning.
Untung Waryono, Yuwono's lawyer, said at the questioning his client only answered prolog questions related to the alleged graft case.
"It is just a prolog. He was asked 12 questions about the description of his job and the issue of the BLU funds. The questioning has not touched on the substance of the case," he said.
The questioning had not pointed to the alleged graft case, he said.
